How we start?

Discovery Session

We are all humans, but everyone has a different story, unique character, and personal goals. To make the right choices for coaching, training, or consulting, a detailed assessment is required as first step for all modalities. In this 45-minute session, Boglarka is mapping your individual needs, motivations, problems and investigating your situation in great detail .

The price of the Discovery Session (assessment, diagnostic, mapping, design) is 200 euros (100 euros for professional performing or creative artists) that includes:

  • a 45 min conversation
  • a written (minimum) one-page evaluation with suggestions by Boglarka herself
  • a written, tailored coaching/training/consulting plan with individual pricing
  • an extra email exchange if there are further questions.

The content of the conversation is (variable on the individual’s situation):

  • Personal introduction
  • Your anamnesis (social, work or health) 
  • Functional diagnostic – actual somatic, psychological, work situation
  • Goal orientation
  • Suggestions

Mo-Fr 8:00-19:00 CET, but flexible appointments for all timezones, emergency appointments and weekend appointments are available for individual request

Emergency, weekend or LAte hour?

VIP Sessions

Many situations require quick solutions, and often clients have busy schedules that would only allow booking a session on weekends or after “normal” working hours. ASAP, evening, weekend, and night sessions are available for an extra fee. Ask for your special appointment.

  • VIP I. : weekends and on bank holidays 8:00-19:00 CET, workdays 6:00-08:00 CET and 19:00-21:00 CET
  • VIP II.:  21:00-06:00 CET
  • ASAP: within 24 hours
