Licensed teamcoach and coach ACC (ICF), neuroscientists (MSc King’s Collage London), physiotherapist, health scientist and teacher (MSc Semmelweis University)
In my early professional years, my main focus was to enable performing artists and elite athletes to safely reach great results under pressure, in challenging and competitive environments – in the quickest possible way. Being a brain scientist and an theatre insider I have had the opportunity to understand in depth, how performing arts are spiritual spaces where the human soul can truly blossom. Furthermore, they are also real-life laboratories and rely on an extensive spectrum of psychological and somatic experiences. In this unique milieu, I developed and mastered my innovative coaching and training skills and approaches, unifying the most advanced scientific results with the best practices in health awareness along with the secrets that I’ve learned from inspired artists.
As Shakespeare wrote, “All the world’s a stage”. In my experience, methods that make elite performers successful, resilient, and healthy, are easily translatable for everyone aiming towards excellence. Hence my work fits into the business sector and academic fields perfectly. Many of my clients are aiming for an upgrade in their personal life. Let’s build your brightest future together.
