What can you expect?
Some modalities
- Online individual stress management training for leadership: understanding all aspects of stress, re-framing stress experiences, and modulating stress response through cognitive, biofeedback and polyvagal techniques thereby turning stress response to success fuel
- Embodiment based intensive offline stress management training: applied somatic biofeedback and autogenic control, blended with non-verbal self-expression and stress management to achieve peak performance. In addition, stress response modulation based on neuroscience-powered biofeedback also enables the acquisition of competitive advantages in sports and space for artistic self-expression on stage
Background
Stress response is often seen as a disadvantageous phenomenon that deteriorates health, or as the fight-or-flight mode of the human body when danger is detected, a tool of survival. However, stress response is a non-specific biological response that is the base of all adaptation, be it physical or biological and not only negative or dangerous events can trigger it, but it may also be triggered by positive motivation. Without stress, there is no growth, strengthening, or healing. Stress response becomes a problem when it is caused by abuse of power, when it is dysregulated, chronic or inadequate. At this point, stress acts in most scenarios like a performance inhibitor and often compromises health, including motor coordination, inflammatory reactions, immune system, and cognitive potential. The solution is stress management and stress response modulation.
